Thank you...
...to all of you who came out to the second annual MN Cider Fair. We had a blast pouring local cider for such an enthusiastic crowd! The cider makers appreciated all the questions and conversations, and we hope you enjoyed the ciders, especially all the specialty ciders not widely or otherwise available. Making cider is our passion, thank you for sharing in that passion for high-quality, local cider.
That being said, we fully acknowledge the frustrating issues due to parking, check-in slow down, and communicating the sold out festival. We sincerely apologize for this hassle and wait time. This is our first year with this format and we are still learning and adapting to the venue. If nothing else, we guarantee these issues are corrected next year and beyond. We promise to learn from this, take your feedback, and build out an even better festival in the years to come.
Thanks to MN Harvest, the food trucks, the bands and to all our volunteers for helping create such a unexpectedly popular event.
Your support of a young, growing cider scene is sincerely appreciated and we were overwhelmed with all the positive feedback and turnout. We will fix the parking, eliminate the waiting so we can all focus on what we are good at- making great cider. In spite of the challenges, we hope you had a good time at the fair and thank you for supporting our burgeoning industry.
Sincerely,
The MN Cider Guild
